Process audit and solution proposal
First the process map, then the tools.
Most companies start with a tool. That’s backwards. Until you know exactly where you’re losing time, you’re automating blind, and AI won’t help you there: it won’t draw your process map for you. The audit takes two weeks and costs CZK 25,000, which we deduct from the project price.
- 2 weeks
- CZK 25,000 excl. VAT
- deducted from the project price
What the audit includes
- A process map: what gets done manually at your company, who does it and how many hours a week it takes
- Three to five processes worth automating, with the estimated savings in hours and in CZK
- A proposed solution for each of them and a fixed price for implementation
- Risks: what can break, how you’ll know and what to do about it
- A recommended sequence
- A one-hour presentation of the results
How the audit works
- 1Interviews with the people who do the work
- 2A walkthrough of the process using a real case
- 3An inventory of your systems
- 4The calculation
The real payback, not the prettier one.
Most proposals show gross savings. We subtract running and monitoring costs, because someone has to pay them. In a sample audit, gross payback comes out at 7.6 months and net payback at 11.5 months. We show you the second one.
- Gross payback
- 7.6 months
- Net payback, after running costs
- 11.5 months
Where to start
- No automations yet?
- Start with an audit.
- Have them, but they’re unreliable?
- Start with a takeover and health check.
Frequently asked questions
Why do you charge for the audit when others do it for free?
A free audit is a sales call. Our audit is a document about your processes, and you keep it even if we don’t end up working together. If we do, its fee is deducted from the project price.
Prices for everything that comes after the audit are on our pricing page.
