Why test a chatbot that already works?
Almost every chatbot works in a demo. Problems show up with questions nobody asked during the demo, and after a model update you don’t know about.
Will you fix what you find?
The test is independent, so by default we don’t do the fixes. If you want, we can arrange them separately.
How long does the test take?
It takes 3–10 business days, depending on scope.
