We go through your CRM, automations and everything that moves data between your systems, and tell you what’s broken, what’s about to break and what works. We fix critical errors in the automations and set up alerts, so the next failure reports itself. It takes up to 7 business days. An automation health check costs from CZK 25,000.

Why the health check comes first
Taking over a system blind also means taking over errors that nobody knows about. The health check shows what’s broken, what’s about to break and what works. Only then do you know what the takeover involves, what ongoing support will cost and whether a new custom CRM would pay off better than repairs.
We don’t need your previous vendor for this. If they handed over documentation, it saves us time. If not, we work it out ourselves from the systems we get access to and from the run history.

Frequently asked questions
What if I don’t know what our automations run on?
That’s common. Just tell us what’s supposed to happen automatically. We’ll find the rest.
Do you need access to everything?
Only to what we check: the systems that move data, and the CRM if we’re taking it over. We create our own account, which you revoke once we’re done.
What if you find more problems than the price covers?
We fix critical errors in the automations as part of the price. We list everything else with a price, and you decide.
How long does it take?
Up to 7 business days: 1–2 days for access, 3 days for the health check, and 2 days to fix critical errors and set up alerts. At the end, we go through the report with you on a one-hour call.
What if the system isn’t worth fixing?
We’ll tell you in the report. Sometimes fixing what’s there is enough; other times it pays to rebuild the automation or develop a new custom CRM. The decision is yours.
Will you also take over a CRM someone else built?
Yes. We go through its code, data, backups and access, and tell you what state it’s in. We’ll give you the price for taking over the CRM on the free estimate call, based on the size of the system.
What if everything is fine?
Then you have it in black and white. The report shows what’s running at your company and what it runs on, and the failure alerts stay in place.
Do we have to stay with you afterwards?
No. You get the report either way, and you can use it with anyone you like. If you want, we can keep looking after the system.
After the takeover, we can keep looking after the system, even if someone else built it.
