We build most automations in n8n: it’s easy to follow, and another vendor can find their way around it. We write code where n8n isn’t enough: large data volumes, complex rules, systems without an API.

Does it work without a CRM?
Yes. Automation connects the systems you already have, such as email, your online store and accounting software. If we find that you’re missing a place where customers and orders come together, we’ll tell you.
How many processes at once?
We usually start with one: the one that costs you the most time. We add more once the first one is running.
Who monitors it after launch?
We do, if you have monitoring. Otherwise, you get documentation, and the alerts are set up to go to your people.
What if a vendor changes its API?
With monitoring, we adjust the automation as part of your plan. Without monitoring, we quote the change separately.
Do we have to start with an audit?
No. If you know which process costs you the most, we start right away. If not, an audit saves you the cost of automating the wrong thing.
